We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and shape innovative digital solutions for global clients. This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from wherever you’re most inspired.

About the Role

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll lead the end-to-end design process, delivering exceptional user experiences and visually stunning interfaces. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll bring fresh ideas and industry best practices to projects, with a focus on user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Drive the entire design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to align designs with business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the best possible user experience.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems for consistency across projects.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma with experience in prototyping tools ( Figma prototype)
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design.
• Experience in designing for fintech, SaaS, or other complex digital platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills to present and advocate for design decisions.
• Ability to thrive in an agile, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with motion design and animations.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
