What You’ll Do:

• Design stunning, user-centered websites that align with our clients’ brand goals and audience.

• Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure your designs are brought to life with precision and functionality.

• Conceptualize and execute highly interactive, visually dynamic web designs with animations and micro-interactions.

• Maintain a cohesive aesthetic across digital assets while focusing on functionality, scalability, and responsiveness.

• Ensure designs are optimized for performance and user experience on all devices.

• Contribute to branding projects by designing visual elements that translate seamlessly across websites and other platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

‍

• Strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling web designs with interactive elements.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools; experience in Webflow is a plus.

• An eye for detail, from typography to color, animations, and layouts.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with designers, developers, and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.

• Strong communication skills to articulate your design choices and collaborate effectively.

• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, animations, or working on highly interactive designs.
